Pewter Beer Stein Lion

The top & bottom of this steins black glazed body are each decorated with 2 hand painted gold-leaf bands. But the focal point of this stein is the raised-relief pewter band in the center. Three separately cast deep relief pewter lion heads, withrings in their mouths,areattached to the pewterband. A wrap-around pewter border decoration of eagles, serpents and lions completes the body design.

Each piece is registered & individually numbered.
